Cataphora is looking to partner with resellers to offer our solutions to new prospects and existing customers. Cataphora offers a variety of custom-tailored programs to support VARS, direct marketers, and retailers that have customers with interest in Cataphora’s patented technology.

What’s required of you?
As a representative of Cataphora and the Cataphora brand, Cataphora expects you to act with professionalism and integrity in your customer relationships. The following activities are required aspects of the program:
- Find and sell to customers – the more customers you reach, the more value you can help create.
- Provide on-going customer support – this involves assisting your customers in engineering and design and other rollout steps necessary to satisfactorily help customers experience a successful deployment.
- Manage billing and collection – Cataphora’s billing relationship will be with you, so you’ll need to handle all aspects of billing and collection with your customers.
What are the different reseller tracks?
The Cataphora Reseller Program offers two tracks for partners interested in reselling Cataphora Apps. These tracks are aligned to the size of companies that you primarily target:
- Cataphora Apps SMB Reseller track – focus is on companies with fewer than 250 employees.
- Cataphora Apps Enterprise Reseller track – focus is on 250+ employee companies, especially companies in the 250-2000 employee range.
Within the SMB Reseller or Enterprise Reseller tracks, you start as an Authorized Reseller (as long as you meet the minimum requirements) and can move up to Premier Reseller status as you develop stronger product competency, experience, and proven customer success.
Who is a good fit for this program?
Beyond the above requirements, our experience shows that our best resellers fit the following profile:
- You have adopted and are a strong advocate of data analysis solutions
- You engage in a solutions selling approach with your customers, where you appreciate high quality products that reduce your support burden.
